Middle School Model United Nations is a program of the South Carolina YMCA Youth in Government program, and the only Middle School specific conference. Students work in small groups to represent a country of their choice. The conference provides a platform for students to learn about global issues, while also learning how to work in a team and think critically. Each year, the conference is held in Black Mountain, North Carolina at the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly Center
